  • LEAVE

    PAID TIME OFF
    Eligible employees receive comprehensive PTO. We honor tenure for incumbent employees . 2+ weeks / year, based on seniority.

    HOLIDAYS
    Full-time employees are eligible for 11 scheduled government holidays observed each calendar year.

    LEAVE OF ABSENCE
    Unpaid leave is available for employees who may need to take extended time off from work for personal reasons.

    WORK LIFE BALANCE
    Eligible employees may work from home or another approved satellite location when the arrangement benefits both the company and the employee.

  • COMPENSATION

    REFERRAL BONUS
    Bonuses awarded to employees who refer staff hired to our team.

    RETENTION BONUS
    Bonuses may be awarded to staff based on length of employment.

    PERFORMANCE BONUS
    Bonuses may be awarded to staff based on stellar performance and exceeding performance targets on projects.

  • INSURANCE

    MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND VISION
    Employees working 30 hours or more a week can enroll in either of two medical insurance plans (which include prescription coverage) as well as dental and vision care programs.

    SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE
    Additional financial protection for our employees and their families in the event of a serious accident or illness. Plan choices include short-term disability, life insurance, hospital, cancer, critical illness and accident.

    WORKERS COMPENSATION
    If employees become injured or ill as a result of work-related activity, worker’s compensation benefits are provided in accordance with state law.

  • SAVINGS AND RETIREMENT

    401(K) SAVINGS PLAN
    Employees can make pre-tax contributions to the company’s 401(K) plan. The company provides up to a 4% match.

    *Plans subject to change at the discretion of the President and CEO.
