Congratulations are in order to Kari Skelton, FM Talent's 2022 Presidential Award Winner!!   The presidential award winner is selected from the recipients of our quarterly recognition program and hand-picked by the President & CEO.  Recipients of this award must exemplify attributes that are aligned with FM Talent's strategic priorities - which for 2022 were the following:  Customer Service, Process Improvement, Cost Containment and Business Development. 

Kari Skelton is a Portfolio Manager, and has been a member of the FM Talent Team for over 11 years; she consistently exhibits  commitment and care in support of her customers  and team, while also meeting the organizational priorities. 

Kari is the go to person for process development and improvement throughout many critical  back-office functions among her peers, she led in  creating new business opportunities and exceeded her revenue growth targets by 2x.  And Kari's customer service survey scores among both our customers and employees exceeded expectations.  Kari is a superstar within an organization of stars….

Kari is our 2nd annual Presidential award winner - and has raised the bar, as she is being recognized for excellence in 3 categories (process improvement, business development and customer service).
