Quiet Quitting occurs whenever an employee consistently does the bare minimum in order to maintain a job. Usually, the trend is marked by disengagement with work, only doing work within their job description, and declining overall productivity. To be fair to employees, some experts argue that quiet quitting can result from burnout orfeeling stagnated, and even can be a way of setting boundaries to maintain work/life balance ora healthy relationship with work. Show your team you care. Everyone wants to feel acknowledged and appreciated for their work. Listening to your team’s needs, giving genuine praise, and checking in when your team seems down will go a long way in making your team feel valued and more engaged with their work andthe company.

Respect boundaries and employee well-being. Sometimes your employees need a break. If anemployee is seeking work-life balance and setting clear boundaries, give them the opportunityto recharge. That way, they can maintain their efforts without burning out.
